Ingredients

    1 1/2 cup Salsa
    1 1/2 cup drained canned corn
    2 cup drained black beans
    optional and not included in the nutritional info- s&p, spices or flavourings.

Tips

I place 1/2 cup of this mixture onto a 6" WW tortilla with 2 TBSP light shredded cheese and cook quesadilla style for a nutritious breakfast.


Directions

Mix all ingredients. Add spices to your liking. Best if chilled for about an hour before serving to let the flavours meld.
