Ingredients

    1 lb whole wheat spaghetti
    1/3 cup walnuts
    1 - 15oz. can artichoke hearts, drained
    1 large garlic clove
    1 lemon, zested
    flat leafed parsley sprinkled
    1/3 cup parmesan, shredded
    1/4 tsp nutmeg (optional)
    1/3 cup olive oil

Tips

serve with healthy multi grain bread and salad. MMMMMM!


Directions

1. Boil noodles according to directions
2. Toast nut in dry skillet over med high heat until lightly browned
3.Place rest of ingredients exept oil in food processor. Turn on slowly add in olive oil until thick and pasty.
4. Add pesto to warm noodles. Toss well.
