Ingredients

    1 tbl olive oil
    3/4 lb ground turkey breast
    1 large onion, chopped (1 cup)
    2 cans (14.5 oz each) diced tomatoes, undrained
    1 can (15 oz) Hormel vegetarian with beans
    1 can (4.5 oz) Old El Paso chopped green chiles
    1/2 cup water
    2 teas. chili powder
    1 teas. ground cumin
    1/2 teas. salt

Tips

you can add brown rice at the end if you would like.


Directions

cook turkey and onion in a skillet. Transfer to a crockpot with the rest of the ingredients. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
