    crushed and diced tomatoes, yellow onions, assorted bell peppers, pablano pepper, jalapeno pepper, meat substitute, canned beans, extra virgin olive oil, chili seasoning, extra hot sauce and seasoning to taste.


I doubled this recipe and added garbanzo and black beans so I could freeze some for later. it's awesome!If you can spare the calories, serve with cheese and fritos! yummy


Wash, core, and remove the seeds from all the peppers. dice very finely and add to pot with olive oil. season with a pinch of salt and sweat on medium low for 5 minutes. add chopped onion, cook for 5-10 more minutes. pour in crushed and diced tomatoes and chili seasoning packet, stir to coat veggies. rinse and drain canned beans thoroughly. Add beans and "meat" and stir thoroughly, breaking up meat crumblies. add up to a cup of water to reach desired consistency. Season with remaining slap ya mama, salt, and hot sauce to taste.

Serving Size: makes a whole bunch of servings
