Ingredients

3 Mashed Bananas - medium in size
1 Egg
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
1 1/2 cup Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder, 1 tsp
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup Walnuts
Tips
If you like your muffins a little sweeter, you can use sweetened applesauce, but it will increase the calories per muffin.
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 and use non stick spray on a mini muffin pan.
Mixed together bananas, sugar, vanilla, egg and applesauce.
Add Baking soda, baking powder and salt and mix well.
Add flour and mix until incorporated.
Stir in chocolate chips.
After putting batter into muffin pan, add a walnut to the top of each.
Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes.
