    1 Sweet Potato
    1.5 Apples
    2 Carrots
    1 Zucchini
    2 Cups Oatmeal
    1 Cup whole wheat flour
    1.5 Tsp Baking Soda
    1 Tsp Vanilla
    2 Eggs
    2/3 Cup Canola Oil
    1 Tsp ground cinnamon
    .5 Cup Sugar
    .25 Cup Brown Sugar

Directions

Mix all and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
