Ingredients

    3 Bananas (mashed)
    1 1/2 Cups Flour
    1/2 Cup Splenda Sweetener
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 cup Margarine (Bacel Low)
    1 Egg whisked

    Optional: 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

    Mix all ingredients well in medium bowl and spoon into greased muffin tins.

Tips

I would only use Splenda i have tried the Value sweetener from Wal Mart and it then you can really taste the sweetener taste. You don't get that when you use Splend


Directions

About 10mins at 375 degrees, or until tooth pick comes out clean.
