Ingredients

    Sauce
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 medium
    Onions, raw, 1/2 medium
    Garlic, 4 cloves minced
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 5 tbsp
    Ground Pepper
    Basil
    Parsley
    Oregano
    Pizza seasoning

    Dough
    Water, tap, 1 1/3 cup
    Salt, 3/4 tsp
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched, 2 cup
    Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup
    Red Star Quick Rise Yeast - 1 packet,

    Toppings
    Cheese, Sargento Reduced Fat 4 Italian shredded cheese, 2 cup
    Reduced Fat Feta Cheese, 1 oz
    Fat Free Shredded Mozzarella cheese, 1 cup (remove)

Tips

(double the dough ingredients to make 2 14" pizza doughs")

Any extra toppings is extra.


Directions

Add dough ingredients to bread machine in order listed. Bake using dough setting (1.5 -2 hrs)

Add 5 tbsp of Olive Oil to a large skillet. Add chopped onions and minced garlic. Cook over medium heat until garlic is golden brown. Added chopped tomatoes. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Add seasonings to desired taste. Simmer on low heat for 30 min and remove from heat.

When dough is done rising, preheat the oven to 450, and remove from bread maker. Roll to fit your pizza pan. Top with sauce & cheese. Cook for 15-20 min. Take out and let sit for 5-10 before cutting.
