Ingredients

    1 onion
    2 cans of white beans, rinsed
    1 10oz bag of kale, (trader joe's)
    ! box of low sodium chicken stock
    3 cups of water
    salt and pepper to taste

    Saute onions with water until water is evaporated
    Add 2 cans of beans and saute with onions
    Add water and stock
    Add kale
    Simmer
    Cook for 30 min
