Old Fashioned, Baked Rice Pudding without Raisins Old Fashioned, Baked Rice Pudding without Raisins
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    3 cups cooked white rice
    1 cup 2% milk
    4 large eggs
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    2 tablespoons butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine all ingredients except butter in baking dish.
Mix thoroughly.
Dot the top with pieces of butter.
Bake one hour at 400 degrees.
Makes 12-15 2"x2" servings.
