Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c evaporated milk
1/4 c sugar
a pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp nutmeg
Tips
(you can substitute 1/2 & 1/2 for evaporated milk) I also use fat free evaporated milk for fewer calories.
Directions
Preheat oven to 325.
Add the ingredients to a blender and mix, about 10 seconds.
Pour into ramekins or custard dishes. Sprinkle with nutmeg and put into a baking dish.
Add water to the baking dish about half way up the sides of the ramekins.
Bake for 45 mins. or just till set.
Makes 6-4 ounce servings.
