Ingredients

    7 summer squash
    1 can Rotel
    1/2 cp chopped white onion
    1/2 cup water
    1 tsp garlic paste
    4 oz gouda cheese

Tips

Add corn for more veggies


Directions

Add all ingredients to sause pan except cheese. Bring to boil and cook till soft. About 15 minutes. Remove form heat and add grated cheese.
