Grate Cheese in large bowl; Add meat mixture to cheese.
Use round pizza stone and with a 5" circle in the middle (using a bowl upside down), arrange 16 crescent rolls in fours around the circle until they all have room for a scoop of meat on the flat rolls. (think of a star).
Scoop mixture by 1/3 cupfulls or use an ice cream scoop around the "ring". fold the pointy edges (on the outside) over the meat mixture toward the center of the circle and tuck under. You should have a donut looking think in the end! Bake for 20-25 mins at 375.
