Ingredients

Butter, unsalted, 2 tbsp
Onions, raw, 2 medium, chopped
Celery, raw, 1 stalk, chopped
White Wine, 3 c.
Chicken Broth, 6 cup
Wild Rice, 1 cup
Carrots, raw, 2 medium, chopped
Thyme, ground, 1/2 tsp
Baking Soda, 1/4 tsp
Turkey, cooked, 3 cup, chopped or diced
Flour, 1/4 cup
Heavy Whipping Cream, 1 cup
salt and pepper
Directions
In a large pot, combine all ingredients except flour, cream, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer 1 hour.
Wisk flour and cream in small bowl and mix into soup. Heat until slightly thickened (about 10 minutes). Season with salt and pepper and serve.
