Ingredients

    2-3 bone in chicken breasts
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    potatoes - cubed
    carrots - baby carrots or regular ones cut into large pcs
    1/2 can of water

Directions

cut up potatoes into med cubes, cut up carrots or use baby carrots - best for chicken w/ bone in but can use boneless too. Put all into crock pot w/ 1/2 can water on low for 5-6 hrs
