Ingredients

    2 cups baby Spinach
    1 medium tomato
1 sl low fat american chs
    balslamic vinigrette
1 grilled chicken breat (I heat mine)

Tips

some times I use boars head deli meat to change it to more of a chef salad, and I'll change the american to cheddar, etc. This is just a skeleton of a salad with alot of options. I added cheese tortellini once for a bit of a treat.

Directions

I usually will cook up a bunch of chicken in the beginning of the week and then separate in to 3 oz servings and grab a bag for my salads as I go.

I like hot chicken so I heat mine in the microwave for 45 sec to a minute before I add it to my salad.
