Ingredients

    1 cup broccoli, chopped into bite size florets
    1 cup cauliflower, chopped into bite sized florets
    1 cup carrots, cut into strips
    1 T olive oil
    2 T honey
    2 T spicy brown or dijion mustard
    Salt, pepper, and seasonings of your choice (we like rosemary, crushed red peppers, and garlic)

Directions

Toss the veggies with olive oil, season with the spices of your choice. Roast about 20-25 minutes in a 400 degree oven until tender crisp and lightly browned. Mix together honey and mustard. Drizzle over veggies and serve.
