    1 lb. ground beef
    2 c. spaghetti squash
    2 c. canned tomatoes
    1 c. onion, chopped
    2 t. salt
    dash pepper
    1-2 t. celery salt
    1 c. sour cream
    2 t. worchestershire sauce
    2 T. oil


Saute onions in oil until tender, but not brown. Add beef and cook until done. Add seasoning and tomatoes. Add spaghetti squash and then sour cream. Mix well and simmer for 20 min.
