Ingredients

    4 cups Quaker Rolled Oats
1 cup Sliced (or slivered) almonds
    1 cup chopped pecans
    1 cup raw sunflower seeds
    1/3 cup canola oil
    1/2 cup honey
    1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Tips

You can add other ingredients as well. I have tried using walnuts instead of pecans, and have also added raisins, and craisins, and it always turns out great!

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees (F)
In a large bowl, stir oats, nuts and seeds together. In a separate bowl mix together the oil, honey, cinnamon and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients, mix well.

Spread mixture onto two ungreased baking sheets. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes, remove from oven and stir. Return to oven and continue baking until golden - about 10 more minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely before storing. Can be stored in a tupperware container or a gallon size ziploc bag.
