Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2 pineapple, diced
    1 medium apple, diced
    3 small peaches, diced
    1 T lemon juice

    (Any other fruit you'd like to add!)

Directions

Dice and combine all fruit, mix thoroughly. Serve on its own, or with dried fruit chips. I also use this to stuff chicken or pork.

Serving Size: Makes 1.5 to 2 c worth
