Ingredients

    Crust:
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 cup warm water (105 to 115 degrees)
    2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    2 tbls. olive oil
    1/2 tsp salt (optional)

    Pizza:
    1 (8 oz.) can pizza sauce
    1 3/4 cups (2% lowfat) mozzarella, cheddar or monterey jack cheese
    51 Turkey pepperoni slices (70 % less fat)
    1/2 cup chopped onions
    1 cup sliced bell peppers

Directions

Crust: Dissolve yeast in water in medium bowl. Stir in flour, 2 tbls oil and salt. Beat vigorously 20 strokes. Cover and let rest 20 minutes. Roll out on 1 large 16 in greased pizza pan.
Pizza: Top crust in order with the 5 pizza ingredients.
Bake thin-crust pizza at 425 about 10 minutes or thick-crust pizza at 375 about 20 minutes. Until cheese is melted and pizza is bubbly.
