Ingredients

    Ground beef, lean, 2 lbs
    *Heinz Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tbsp
    *ground mustard, 1 tsp
    *McCormick Garlic Powder, 2 tsp
    *McCormick Perfect Pinch Italian (salt free) Seasoning, 1 tsp
    *Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry, 1 cup
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1/4 cup, chopped
    *Onion - Red/Purple - 1/4 Cup
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    *Cheese (Kraft Shredded Parmesan, Romano, Asiago), 1/4 cup

Directions

prepare all ingredients together and put in mini cup cake pan (sprayed or not depending on type of pan) cook @ 350 for about 45 min or until meat is cooked through middle. Enjoy with whatever you like and freeze what's left.
