Ingredients

1 lb Chicken
2 lbs Broccoli
1 lb Cabbage
2 Tblspn Olive Oil
2 Tblspn Garlic
4 Tblspn Stir Fry Sauce
Tips
I serve this over brown rice. Make sure to start your rice before you start cutting up your chicken and veggies so its ready at the same time.
Directions
Dice chicken into bite size pieces.
Cut broccoli into small spears
Chop cabbage into small pieces.
Put 1 tblspn olive oil in pan, heat, add 1 tblspn garlic, brown, add chicken, brown. Once chicken is cooked through set aside in separate dish.
In same pan add 1 tblspn olive oil, 1 tblspn garlic, add broccoli stirfry for 2 minutes add 1/4 cup water, boil for 2 minutes but don't overcook, drain any excess water, add cabbage and stir fry sauce. Add chicken back to pan. Stirfry until cabbage is cooked. Just a couple minutes.
