    1 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters)
    .5 cup Flour, white
    1 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
    8 slices cooked and crumbled Bacon
    1.5 cup 1% milk
    .5 teaspoon Salt (optional)
    .5 teaspoon black pepper
    Asparagus, fresh, 8 spear, small (5" long or less)


You can prepare ahead the asparagus, bacon and and cheese separately in a container and then prepare the egg mixtures in a separate container put in a plastic container overnight. In the morning, simply preheat the oven, spray the pie plate and follow the remainder of the directions.


Steam asaparagus for 2 minutes. Drain and cut into 1" pieces.
Sprinkle asparagus, crumbled bacon, and cheddar cheese into prepared 9" pie pan. Blend all other ingredients and pour over asparagus, bacon and cheese.
Place into a preheated 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes.
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
