Ingredients

    1 lb. tomatillos (washed and quartered)
    1 avocado
    1/3 bunch cilantro
    1 thick slice onion
    1 jalapeņo
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp. salt

Directions

Place all items in the blender and puree until smooth. Don't place avocados on bottom as they will clog the blades.

Serving Size: Makes about 7 1/2 cup servings
