Introduction

This is one of my quick and easy go-to meals - I got it from another Spark user but couldn't find it, so entering it here (with a tweak or two). Enjoy! Ingredients

2 TBSP Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce
    1 TBSP Garlic Powder
    1 tsp grated ginger (fresh)
    1 tsp sesame oil
    1 16oz package Broccoli Stir-Fry Veggies
    6 oz raw shrimp

Tips

Serve over brown rice or linguine noodles (not included in recipe calorie calculations. I like to make this and have the 2nd serving for lunch the next day.

Directions

Mix together soy, garlic powder, ginger and sesame oil and set aside. Cook vegetables according to package - gauging when you have about five minutes left to go. Add raw shrimp and cook. Shrimp is done when it turns pink in color and is no longer translucent. Add the sauce you set aside and stir-fry - the sauce will cook down a bit, I do not find a need to thicken it.
