Wow, this is tasty stuff! I love to put a tablespoon on top of a warm low-carb pancake or muffin. Very decadent yet perfect for a lower carb way of life. You gotta try this if you want to feel indulged while cutting out unhealthy simple carbs and unhealthy fats (read the label on Cool Whip sometime, and promise me you'll never eat it again!) Ingredients

    Coconut Cream, Wilderness Family Naturals, 8 oz.
    Jay Robb Egg White Protein, Vanilla, 4 serving
