Introduction

Slow cooker done up really really quickly... Turkey Meatballs, drained tomatoes, diced chilies, minced garlic in an olive oil and garlic spaghetti sauce with Pesto alla Genovese served with whole grain pasta shells. Ingredients

    3 Meatball Salute - Italian Style Turkey Meatballs, 3 serving
    Ortega Diced Green Chiles, 7 oz
    Barilla Whole Grain Medium Shells 'Conchiglie', 7 serving
    Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 7 serving
    Garlic, 2 tbsp
    Pesto alla Genovese - Basil Pesto (1/4 cup = 1 Serving), 1 serving
    Bertolli Olive Oil & Garlic Spaghetti Sauce (5 servings per jar), 5 serving

Directions

Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place meatballs on bottom of pot.
Drain and add tomatoes.
Add diced chilies with juices.
Cover and set on High for about an hour and a half.
With about 1/2 hour to go, add the spaghetti sauce and pesto.
About 10 minutes prior to serving, boil water and cook pasta shells per instructions on box.
