Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1.5 cup, chopped
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped
Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, sliced
Alfredo Sauce, Cheesy Ragu Light Parmesan, 1.5 cup
Heartland Angel Hair 4 oz dry whole wheat pasta
Holland House Sherry Cooking Wine, 4 tbsp
Our Family Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (4oz), 2 chopped chicken breasts
Directions
1. Sautee 2 cups of sliced mushrooms, 1 green pepper with 1 tbps of Extra virgin olive oil.
2. As the mushrooms and green peppers are sauteeing, boil 4 ounces of Angel Hair whole wheat pasta.
3. After 5 minutes of sauteeing, add chicken to sautee pan. Cook chicken for 6 to 8 minutes or until the chicken is cooked completely, and then add in 4 tbps of Sherry cooking wine, and finish sauteeing.
4. Add 1.5 cups of Cheesy Ragu Light Parmesan Alfredo Sauce to sautee pan and heat up sauce.
5. Strain angel hair noodles and add to sautee pan. Toss the noodles and sauce so everything is evenly coated.
6. Top off with 1 cup of chopped tomato
