Ingredients

Peppers and Stuffing
16 oz Ground Turkey
2 cups of cooked rice
3 tsps. minced garlic
2 cups of frozen seasoning mix
1 can of diced tomatoes
2 large greeb bell peppers
Sauce
1 small can of tomato sauce
5 tblp katchup
Tips
This dish can be prepared ahead and frozen. If you choose to pre freeze; remove from freezer on th emorning you wish to cook it, when you get home from work pre heat oven to 450 and cook for 1 hr or until peppers are soft and stuffing his hot all the way through.
Serve with a green salad and you favorite lite or fat free dressing.
Directions
-put your rice to cook before starting it take 20 min. for white; 30 min. for brown)
-pre heat oven to 400
-Brown turkey meat
-Add frozen season mix, diced tomatos, garlic cook until meat is brown and veggies are soft
-Add cooked rice and mix well
cut peppers in haves; scrape them spines out with a
spoon, abd stuff them with meat and rice mixture
-place any left over meat and rice in the bottom of a glass baking pan; place stuffed peppers on top of the meat and rice.
-in a small pot put one small can of tomato sauce and 5 tblsp of ketchup, and heat until it simmers.
-spoon sauce onto the stuffed peppers
-cook in the oven for 45 minutes or until peppers are soft
