Ingredients

12 oz bonles skinless chicken breast
4 oz fat free cream cheese
4 oz fat free sour cream
1 cup fa free or reduced fat shreded colby cheese
2 cups of frozen seasoning mix (onion, pepper, celery)
3 tsp garlic
2 cups for cooked rice
Tips
This meal can be frozen and used at a latter date.
If you choose to freeze, remove it from the freezer on the morning of the day that you will serve it. When you are ready too cook it pre heat oven to 450 and cook for 1hour if it is still partly frozen, 45 minutes if it is compleatly defrosted.
Directions
-Pre heat oven to 350
-Cube chicken breast
-Brown chicken with season mix and garlic
-Add chicken broth with the broccoli and cauliflower
-bring to a simmer
-Add fat free cream cheese, fat free sour cream, cheese slices,and half of the shreded cheese let it cook untill veggies are soft and liuid has thickened a little
-take of of heat and add rice, mixing it well
-put into a baking pan and sprinkle remander of shreded cheese on top
-cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes
