Ingredients

    1 Thomas Hearty English Muffin - Honey Wheat
    2 Tbsp roasted red pepper hummus
    2 med. (1/4") slices tomato
    2 slices Alpine Lace Reduced Fat Swiss Cheese


Directions

Toast english muffin; spread 1 tbsp of hummus on each muffin half; top with tomato and swiss cheese; broil until cheese is melted and bubbly (1-2 minutes).
