E-Z to prepare E-Z to prepare
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 can of red kidney beans
    1 bell pepper
    1 package of 93% Lean Turkey
    1 chili powder either homemade of store bought
    1 can of black beans
    1 can of stewed (whole or diced) tomatoes
    1 onion
    1 tsp of salt

Directions

In a skillet brown the ground turkey along with the bell peppers, salt, and onions. I use cooking spray instead of adding any extra oil (fat). Strain once cooked and place the mix into a medium pot. Add the beans (strain off the juice and rinse the beans this will remove some of the extra salt, note this is not required just what I like to do) add the vegetable juice and chilli powder. Boil to desired consistency and enjoy.

Serving Size: Usually will make 6 - 1 cup servings
