    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 pkg (1.4 oz) sugar-free, cook and serve chocolate pudding mix
    7 C. cubed Italian bread
    2 pkg (1.7 oz) chocolate covered caramels (Rolos)
    cooking spray
    vanilla ice cream
    caramel sundae syrup


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine milk and pudding mix in a medium bowl, stirring well with a whisk. Stir in bread until coated. Pour bread mixture into an 8" square pan coated with with cooking spray; sprinkle with chopped candy. Bake for 35 minutes. SPoon pudding evenly into individual serving bowls; top each with a spoon of ice cream and a drizzle of caramel syrup. Serves: 6
