Ingredients

3C whole wheat or super pasta
1 T soy butter
1 10oz bag frozen mixed vegetables
2 C nonfat milk
3 C low fat shredded cheddar
3 T Brewer's Yeast
1/8-1/4 tsp nutmeg..less if freshly ground
Salt
Pepper
Directions
Spray slowcooker and turn on low. Cover. Cook pasta according to box. Meanwhile, defrost veggies in microwave. Drain pasta when done & put in slow cooker. Add butter, stir til melted. Add remaining ingredients, salt & pepper to taste. Stir gently. Cook on HIGH 2-3 hrs.
