Ingredients

    1 cucumber peeled (or hothouse not peeled) and sliced
    Juice of 1 lemon
    Chili powder and salt to taste

Tips

Try it with jicama or watermelon instead of cucumber.
Or try lime juice instead of lemon.
Add a dash of cayenne for some heat.


Directions

Peel and slice a cucumber into a bowl
Sprinkle chili powder and salt over the slices
Splash in the lemon juice
Give it a stir to coat.

Taste. Adjust amounts of spices. Add cayenne for some kick.
