Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    3 small Bananas
    Blueberries, fresh, 1 cup
    Pineapple, fresh, .25 cup, diced
    1 Avocados, California (Haas) without skin and seeds
    3 dried Figs
    .25 cup Wheat bran
    .5 cup hulled Sunflower Seeds, without salt
    Water

Directions

Put all the fruit in your blender (I use a ninja).
Measure out .5 cups of sunflower seeds and then grind them.
Add .25 cups of wheat bran for extra fiber!
Add some pure, soft water (reverse osmosis).
Blend until smooth.

Serving Size: 1 LARGE smoothie or 2 medium smoothies
