Ingredients

    2 tbs fresh lemon juice from a lemon
    2 tbs Dijon mustard
    2 tbs honey
    1 tsp lemon zest
    4 (5 oz) salmon fillets
    salt and pepper

Directions

4 servings
Preheat over 400 degrees
Spray a shallow baking dish with cooking spray
Combine lemon juice, mustard, honey and lemon zest.
Season both sides of salmon fillets with salt and pepper and place in baking dish
Flip salmon to coat in glaze
Bake immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 3 hrs.
Bake for 10 minutes

  • This was easy and good. Even with .5 of the honey (the fam is on south beach phase 2) it was sweet and tangy.
