Ingredients

    3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 pkg Neufchatel (reduced fat cream cheese), softened
    2 cans (10.45oz) cream of chicken soup
    1 pkt. Good Seasons Dry Italian dressing mix

Tips

Its not necessary to thaw the chicken in this recipe before placing in the crockpot if it is frozen. If your family likes a little more 'spice' you can add a second dressing pkt.


Directions

Spray crockpot with non-stick cooking spray. Add cream cheese, soup, and Italian dressing mix and stir. Add chicken to the mixture and stir to coat. Cook on low 6-8 hrs. Shred chicken into bite-size pieces. Serve over rice, potatoes, or pasta.
