Ingredients

1 cup strongly brewed chai tea, chilled (I like Celestial Seasoning's Bengal Spice)
1/4 cup pureed pumpkin, frozen
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 tsp xanthan gum
sweetner to taste
ice
Directions
Brew a cup of chai tea and chill in the fridge (alternately, freeze the tea into ice cubes to make a stronger shake.) In the blender, combine all ingredients except ice and sweetener. Blend. Add sweetener and ice to taste. Blend again and serve!
