Introduction

Ingredients

    Salmon 8 oZ
    Linguini 6 oz
    Maine Shrimp 4 oz

Tips

Omit butter to avoid saturated fat.


Directions

Coat small pan with minimum olive oil.
Spread minced garlic on bottom of pan and place salmon on top of garlic. Sprinkle with fresh lemon and thyme. Put a few tbs of water in pan. Cook over low heat for 5 min. add a tbs of sherry and cook for 5 - 8 minutes more.

Cook linguini. Saute shrimp in small frying pan for only a minute. Remove shrimp lower heat add butter and minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add half tbs of corn starch in water to pan add 2 oz of milk. cook until it thickens.Add sherry and cook 1 minute. Add back shrimp and keep warm.

Put linguini and salmon on plate. Put shrimp sauce over linguini. Serve.
