Ingredients

3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
1 tbsp Pepper, black
0.50 cup, grated Carrots, raw
3 cloves Garlic
2 large Onions, raw
5 large Scallions, raw
2 cup Cabbage, napa
0.25 cup Soy Sauce
1.50 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 cup Botan Extra Fancy Calrose Rice (Dry)
2 tbsp Nakano - Rice Wine Vinegar (Natural Flavour)
6 serving Bacon, John Morrell, Hardwood Smoked Bacon (2 slices/17g)
Directions
Cook rice (add rice wine vinegar to water) night before or early morning and place in refrigerator. Day old rice is the best.
Prep:
Cook Bacon and chop it into small pieces.
Scramble eggs
Chop green onions, napa cabbage, carrots and onions.
For additional flavor (not necessary) - Roast carrots in oven
Add oil to large fry pan or wok: Incorporate cold rice, garlic, onions, green onions, scrambled eggs, carrots, and cabbage. Add soy sauce, salt and pepper - to flavor.
Serving Size: 6 large servings
