Ingredients

    1 package veggie shreds (cheddar and pepper jack)
    1 4 oz can La Victoria Diced Green Chiles
    8 tsp Mckay's vegan chicken seasoning
    1TB Onion Powder
    2 House Foods Premium Tofu (Firm, 19 oz)
    Cooking Spray

Tips

Cooking at a high temperature for a short time helps the tofu to set up and become a nice firm texture.


Directions

Preheat oven to 500.

Spray your largest casserole dish with cooking spray.
Add all ingredients directly into the casserole dish and mix well.
Bake for 20-30 minutes or until edges are golden brown

Serving Size: Cut into 20 squares.
