Ingredients

    banana
    vanilla whey protein powder (1 scoop per cup of liquid)
    milk (skim or water for lowest calorie intake)
    yogurt (about 1/2 cup) more or less



Tips

I added ice to my shake, but I think it would be better with a frozen banana. :)


Directions

blend in blender to desired consistency.

Serving Size: This made 2 shakes. We split it 3 ways. I had about a cup and my two little ones had 1/2 cup each.
