Ingredients

    2 lbs Shady Brook Farms turkey 85% lean
    1 medium yellow onion
    1 can reduced sodium dark red kidney beans
    1 can reduced sodium black beans
    1 large can petite diced tomatoes
    1 tsp cilantro (fresh)
    3 tsp minced garlic
    1 tbs chili powder
    1 7oz can green chilis
    3 tbs yellow mustard
    2 tsp Texas Pete chipotle hot sauce
    1 tsp xylitol

Tips

- Jamie Eason must use 99% fat free turkey for her recipe. I will have to get that next time as the fat in this is WAY higher than I thought it would be.


Directions

Cook ground turkey, drain fat. Rinsed both cans of beans and dumped everything in a slow cooker on high for 4 hours, Low for 8.
