Ingredients

    3/4 pound lean/extra lean ground turkey
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp paprika
    1/4 tsp turmeric
    1 head cabbage, chopped or shredded
    1 15 ounce can low sodium tomato sauce
    1/2 cup uncooked brown rice
    2 cups low sodium broth (chicken, vegetable or beef) salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Brown ground turkey in large skillet with onion, paprika, turmeric and salt/pepper. Drain.
Add cabbage, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, rice and broth. Stir and bring to a boil over high heat.
Cover, turn heat to low and simmer 30-40 minutes stirring occasionally, until rice is cooked and mixture has thickened.
