Introduction

Very easy, just throw all ingredients in a slow cooker and wait until the vegetables are the texture of your choice. I didn't add spices to this recipe because you could use a package or add what you would to any chili. The lentils give this a meaty texture and taste, so it's a great subsitute! Ingredients

    1 can chick peas
    1 TBSP olive oil
    1 can lentils
    1 large can of tomatoes
    1/2 small onion

    Vegetables (red, green pepper, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, experiment!)

    Spices (use your favorites)

Directions

Just toss all ingredients in your slow cooker on high. Then wait until the vegetables are as you want. You could experiment with vegetables and spices. The lentils are the key, as they give the chili it's meaty texture and taste. Enjoy!
