Ingredients

    4 med potatoes peeled and cut into 1/2" cubes
    1 lb baby carrots cut in half
    1 lrg onion, chopped
    3 ribs celery, sliced
    1 pkg (12oz or 40 meatballs) frozen meatballs
    __________
    1 can condensed tomato soup
    1 c. water
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    2 tsp "better than bouillon" or 2 beef bouillon cubes

Directions

Place veggies and meatballs in bottom of slow cooker.
Mix remaining ing. in seperate bowl. Pour over meatball/veggie mix. Cook low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
