Ingredients

    1 cp. Steel cut oats
    1 1/2 chopped med. apple
    1/3 cp applesauce (unsweetened)
    2 1/2 cups apple juice
    1 cup water
    1 Tbs cinnamon
    1/4 cp brown sugar
    1 tsp vanilla extract

Tips

To reheat, add a little skim milk. You can also add raisins, nuts, anything else.


Directions

Line a 5 qt crockpot with a crockpot liner. Dice apples. Add all ingredients. Mix. Cook on low for 6-7 hours.
