Introduction

Ingredients

6 lasagna noodles
1 lb lean ground beef or venison
1 can low fat cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Cook lasagna noodles. Drain and set aside.
Cook beef, drain. Add soup, milk, and sour cream to beef. Season to taste. Stir occasionally until warm.
Layer ingredients beginning with a small amount of beef/soup mixture. Top with soup mixture and parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until warmed through.
Serving Size: Makes 6 1 cup servings.

this is a really good recipe. We used wonton wraps in muffin tins instead of lasagna noodles and meat crumble substitute instead of beef. But the cream of mushroom was a bit salty.. maybe its just me. Overall yummmm!! thank you!! - 8/25/12

Thank you! The wonton idea is interesting, I'll have to give that a try! I haven't noticed the saltiness of the cream of mushroom, although it is a canned soup so it naturally has sodium in it. Thanks for trying my recipe and for the feedback!
